Michelle Woltz
Office Manager & Implant Coordinator
Michelle is the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator and has been in Dentistry since 2001. She put herself through Kennesaw State University at night with a degree in Business Administration while working in General Dentistry so she is capable of working in all of the positions in the dental office. After working here in the Alpharetta area for many years and referring patients to Dr. Heinzelmann, she joined the practice in 2010.
Michelle is trained in and understands complex periodontal/restorative treatment scenarios and coordinates treatment between referring offices. She overseas the day to day office operations as well as discussing treatment options and finances with patients. Michelle tries to get to know all of the patients on a personal level and her job requires extensive multi-tasking, which she does very well. She is also in charge of handling all of Dr. Heinzelmann's personal undertakings which could be a full time job in itself.
She is very active outside the office spending time with her husband, her adorable little boy, and also has 3 dogs. She is active in dog rescue services and when she is not chasing her little boy around she enjoys reading, jogging shopping and running an online business, Wooden Heart Designs. She is quite busy but always has time to make each patient feel special and taken care of.

Surgical Assistant
Morena joined our practice in 2010 after moving from the west coast. She is extremely competent and caring and started her dental career in 2000 at a premier Periodontal office in Santa Monica, California, where she quickly became the lead assistant.
Morena is highly trained and knowledgeable about periodontal therapy and implants, but her best asset is her caring personality. She loves to take care of her patients and she is very thorough in her care.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and daughter and stays very busy with her family and friends. Like the rest of the office staff she is an avid animal lover and has 3 dogs.
